When a customer showed me this Hulk #181, the hairs stood up on my arms. Mainly because of the grail status of this Key book but also its condition. It was very frail and feels like it was read 1000 times and rolled up in some kid's pocket.
It took 3 presses to tame this beast down. Could we have gone farther... maybe but not at the cost of possibly ruining something. I would have loved to fix the spine roll but not at the cost of splitting that paper.
Overall the comic presents a whole lot better and looks much cleaner. Colors seem to pop a little more drawing the attention away from the color breaks. The page color west from a solid Cream to Off-White.
